Join us at Sol Space Chicago to bring together two powerful forces for change: mindful movement and collective action. This event offers a chance to nurture your inner well-being, forge community connections, and honor your commitment to protecting democracy.
The event is **FREE** and open to everyone, regardless of yoga experience or political experience. Kids are welcome! Activities will be available for them.
**What to Expect**
– 45 minutes of Yoga Flow for all levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or have practiced for years, you’ll feel welcome and supported.
– 45 minutes of Activism. After class, we’ll work together to complete postcards that will drive voter turnout for key Senate races in 2026.
**Why Yoga & Activism?**
With all the ways that the stress of this political moment can affect your mind and body, yoga offers a way to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and renew your spirit. Yoga teaches us to live with awareness, compassion, and courage. Activism can be an extension of that practice, giving us the opportunity to turn those values into action.
By pairing mindful movement with civic engagement once a month, we’re creating a space where community members can gather, recharge, and then channel that renewed energy toward positive change and connection.
