One of the first objectives of civil resistance movements is to attract more people to the movement and mobilize them into action. It has been demonstrated that no movement with 3.5% of the population engaged in continuous mobilization has ever failed – BUT they used other actions beyond mass demonstrations, like mass noncooperation and noncompliance, to affect the pillars of support that hold up the fascist regime. Join us in planning actions to make this happen.
Solidarity Warriors is an action-focused, Indivisible group formed after the November election. We were the lead organizers of No Kings 2 in Denver. We’re made up of people from across the nation, many in Colorado. We’re focused on action rather than just airing political grievances, so please come prepared to talk about what you want to DO to resist the new administration and partner with marginalized communities.
