Friday, January 23 is a National Day of Solidarity and push for corporate accountability led by Minnesota organizers and national allies.
**Join NE Lake County Indivisible Outreach Team for KYR Canvassing!**
We are assigned the **Park City and Gurnee area** and are committed to regular canvassing on “off” weeks from our regular meetings. We conduct *both business and residential canvassing, depending on the target for the week.*
Through the winter months, we will plan efforts indoors where possible – apartment complexes, mall walking, and the occasional neighborhood walk on those balmy Midwestern 40 degree days when we can get them!
**Keep a lookout for a Mobilize update providing meetup details about 2 days before the event itself, but canvassing will remain in the Gurnee and Park City areas.**
We will provide all training and supplies, and folks can stay as long as they are comfortable and able to stay buddied up. We ensure that canvassing is done in groups for safety reasons.
Remember to dress for the weather, and wear a smile and your walking shoes!
