Join the nationwide day of solidarity with Minnesota.

###Event to remind Senator Warner that he has the power, even in the minority, to demand changes to the DHS funding bill. They need 60 votes; he should not be one of the sixty nor should he allow other democrats in his caucus to waver.
### The Indivisible coalition is specifically demanding that Members of Congress oppose any appropriations bill that includes increased funding for ICE or Border Patrol, and refuse to vote for any funding bill for DHS
### Changes needed:
1) Strengthens restrictions on ICE and Border Patrol’s ability to conduct dragnet arrest operations and target people based on their race, language or accent, place of employment, or location at the time of the apprehension;
2) Ends Border Patrol deployment to our cities and rejects its ever-expanding mandate in immigration enforcement; and
3) Limits DHS’s reprogramming and transfer authority, including specifically preventing reprogramming and transferring funds for detention.
### A core principle behind all ICE Out For Good events is a commitment to nonviolent action and no civil disobedience. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values, and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events. All events should be held in public spaces or on public property.
