Hundreds of nonviolent protests are already planned for No Kings Day on March 28, and more are being added by the hour.
Delavan Area residents concerned for our country’s political future and the fate of the world gather to discuss what we as a small rural community can do to change the current erosion of the US Constitution and our American Democracy.
This a local Indivisible event!
Concerned for recent initiatives by the president, DHS, Departments of Interior, Health, Education, Armed Services and others that have weakened our US Constitution, we gather to forward our plans to 1) register voters & get out the vote and 2) provide a catalyst for community discussion through a presentation by a Lincoln actor in our school. Our hope is to avoid polarizing our friends and neighbors as we explore what is at stake if we choose to do nothing. Join us for our discussion and planning. All are welcome.
