[PLEASE REPLACE THE TEXT BELOW WITH YOUR SPECIFIC EVENT DETAILS BUT LEAVE THE NON-VIOLENCE CLAUSE IN THE DESCRIPTION – THANK YOU]

    This a local Indivisible event!

As Ice tears up our communities and anti- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion laws harm our marginalized communities, we must stand in solidarity in many ways. We protest, we rally, we write and call our elected officials. These actions are powerful, but the harm done to our neighbors is not relieved.
Solidarity in Community Aid is our community coming together to support students in crisis. Join us Wednesday, March 18th at 6:30 -8:30 at the Salt Lake City Library Nancy Tessman Auditorium to learn how community aid can help affected students.
Without recourse to institutional support once provided by dedicated diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, our community stands ready to lend support wherever needed. Join us to be part of the solution rather than an onlooker to the crisis unfolding before us.
Speakers will be Dr. Ana Antunes, Juliet Reynolds, State Senator Nate Blouin, and student Bhavika Malik. This will be in person only so sign up.

Here is where you’ll describe your local event. Please be specific about important details and include anything a first time attendee, or new group member, might find helpful!

*A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
