The No Kings Map is Live!
Hundreds of nonviolent protests are already planned for No Kings Day on March 28, and more are being added by the hour.
Join us on Thursday March 19, 6-7.30 at the Appleton Public Library for Everything you need to know for No Kings 3. The meeting will also be available on zoom.
Content will include how to prepare for a rally or protest, what to expect when you get there, safety (including what to expect from marshals), and know your rights protesting. We will also have a “Protest Pocket Guide” from the Democracy Security Project and “Know Your Rights” cards from the ACLU in Illinois
As always, our meeting will start with a half hour of social time s you can meet other people joining the protests. We will have warm beverages and cookies made by Jim.
We will also provide any last minute details for the march b being held on 3/28 3-5 in Appleton. You can also get information about the event at the No Kings event listed in Mobilize. With the April elections on April 7, gather as many of your family members and friends to join you at this event. If you’ve attended No Kings events in the past, you know they are fun and uplifting.
