Safety Marshal Training

There is no fee for this training. Seats are limited.

Safety marshals help keep event attendees safe and create an environment where voices can be heard peacefully. They assist with greeting, providing information, and guiding attendees throughout the event. By the end of this Safety Marshal Training, participants will be able to:
Define the purpose and key functions of a safety marshal.
Execute safety marshal skills like projecting confidence, monitoring surroundings, and de-escalation.

To register for Safety Marshal Training, complete this form (https://forms.gle/QbSEJZnnjPAA9Ys1A). ALL participant information is kept confidential and used only for marshalling purposes. Training participants will have the opportunity to join a pool of safety marshals supporting area communities.
