Nurul Amin Shah Alam was a refugee, a Muslim and a disabled person. He was also a resident of NY State. When released from detention, the nearly 100% blind, non-English-speaking refugee was dumped without shoes or coat into the cold Buffalo night and he died. Our taxes pay for this treatment and our Congresswoman approves of it.
This Mailiotakis Monday will be a quiet and solemn reflection on all the stolen hopes and dreams of all the people that ICE and Border Patrol have killed, be it through violence or neglect. We demand justice for all.
