Hundreds of nonviolent protests are already planned for No Kings Day on March 28, and more are being added by the hour.
Every Saturday in New Milford our Indivisible group holds a peaceful rally and food drive and diaper/toiletries drive at Noon. We’ll be on the NM Town Green as much as possible. Our Plan B location is always 50 East St, in case a Town event pops up on the Green. Larger sized diapers are most needed and fresh shelf stable vegetables like potatoes, onions, apples, carrots and garlic are always a treat.
Please bring your most peaceful attitude even in these tense times! Do not engage with the haters – we do not yell back at them. We ignore, just smile, or give them the peace sign. Avoid insults and curse words on signs!
