David Slifka

Title: Founder, Bluem Ventures


David Slifka is part of the wave of individuals who became civically engaged in the wake of the 2016 election, with a particular focus on pro-democracy reforms. David is the founder of Bluem Ventures, an accelerator for scalable political innovations, and co-author of the Democracy Donors guide for newcomers to learn about political giving. David began his career as an investor for non-profit institutions, including the Yale University endowment and the YMCA Retirement Fund.
