This 2-hour interactive workshop will provide a clear overview of:
• What civics actually means and why it matters in daily life
• The Constitution and the structure of government, explained in plain language
• Voting basics, including how elections work and why participation matters
• Civic power beyond voting—practical ways to get involved locally
The workshop is designed for adults of all experience levels. No prior civics knowledge is required.
At the conclusion of the session, participants will have time to:

• Browse and take home informational handouts
• Learn about local opportunities for civic engagement
