Hundreds of nonviolent protests are already planned for No Kings Day on March 28, and more are being added by the hour.
Our first book to read and discuss is On Tyranny by Tim Snyder. A basic handbook for our current situation. You may have read it before – but now is a great time for a re-read and a lively discussion.
We’re planning to meet monthly, the first Sunday of the month at 1 pm, starting March 1. East Portland location still to be determined. – will send you an update when it’s set.
