This is our first session in our 2026 Spring Teach-In Series “Understanding Unsustainable Systems and Developing Alternatives”
This session examines how the United States went from a nation sure of itself and of its role in the world at the end of the Cold War, to one desperately in search of itself. By discussing the events that led to the transformation, we will explore ways in which we can individually and as communities begin envisioning and creating a better more sustainable republic.
