Come to Indivisible of Franconia’s festival honoring the life and legacy of Congressman John Lewis on Sunday, July 19, noon – 4 p.m. at Franconia Park’s Amphitheater.
Bring a blanket and picnic lunch if you like and join us—we have a full roster of fun (and informative) activities planned for both adults and kids with a special focus on voting rights and citizenship.
There will be music, snacks, games, and small giveaways. The Rita’s Ices truck will be there selling delicious, cool treats.
As part of the festival, we’re proud to partner with Rising Hope Mission Church to help meet the needs of families experiencing poverty along the Rt. 1 corridor. If you can, please bring donations of canned chicken or tuna; canned or dried beans; and low-sodium canned vegetables for Rising Hope’s pantry.
Signing up helps us keep you updated, especially in the event of bad weather. But, if you prefer not to register? That’s okay, too. Just come when you can and have fun.
