This training is being provided from curriculum from all the de-escalation training we have taken with Tim Franzen in conjunction with all the de-escalation training videos provided by No Kings partners. This training is excellent for:
*experienced marshals wanting a refresher
*people with no prior experience who want to learn and become a part of our safety team
*anyone curious about de-escalation and how these skills apply to everyday interactions
A commitment to attending this training session is NOT a commitment to peace marshal for our group, altho we would love for it to be.
We are capping this training to 30 to ensure everyone gets the best possible experience. We will be offering this again in the future. Keep in mind NK3 date will be announced soon. We anticipate an April-ish date. Let’s get trained up sooner than later and build our peace marshal team while we have sufficient time to do so.
