Join the nationwide day of solidarity with Minnesota.
Friday, January 23 is a National Day of Solidarity and push for corporate accountability led by Minnesota organizers and national allies.
This is going to be a good one, friends! We’re diving into our five focus areas for 2026:
### Five focus areas
1. Help build local power
2. Help activate and engage voters
3. Lead through protests
4. Build community
5. Strength coalitions
First, our co-founder, Noelle Bowman, will explain the five focus areas. Then we’ll break into five small groups. We’ll need a facilitator and a note-taker for each group. If groups are too large, we’ll break into 10 small groups, two for each focus area. This is a great way to share ideas and get more involved in protecting democracy because #2026BELONGSTOUS!
## IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PARKING
Parking is accessible off Union Street. The church holds an open food pantry on the same night as our meeting. **Please allow food pantry customers and our members with mobility issues to have priority parking in the lot closest to the church.** Everyone else, please park in the overflow lot to the south of the main parking lot or in the lot across Union Street.
