Two Harbors Breakwall is offering a community training on constitutional observation and understanding your rights in the event of increased ICE activity in our area.
This session will cover:
The First and Fourth Amendment as they relate to public spaces
The legal parameters of observing and documenting government activity
What constitutional observers can and cannot do
De-escalation and maintaining safety
This is an informational and preparedness-focused event. We are committed to peaceful, lawful engagement and ensuring our community understands both its rights and its responsibilities.
No prior experience is needed. All are welcome.
