Mikhayla is an Immigration Attorney who has a deep commitment to serving the immigrant community and has been focused on naturalization and derivative citizenship, as well as experience in family based immigration, DACA, religious immigration, employment based immigration, asylum, human rights, and international law. In addition to direct immigration services, I have also done work advocating for the abolition of immigration detention, and tracking the human and legal rights abuses found in the immigration incarceration system.
