The No Kings Map is Live!
Hundreds of nonviolent protests are already planned for No Kings Day on March 28, and more are being added by the hour.
We’ve got some sign-making supplies… construction paper and markers. You’ve got something to say to the world. Together that’s like peanut butter and jelly!
Want to just hang out with charming, democracy-lovers like yourself to start your weekend? Fabulous!
Do you have additional supplies and equipment, folding tables or chairs? We’ll be so grateful if you bring them. (We can unload your car.)
We’re meeting at a centrally located, smaller park in a family-friendly residential neighborhood.
The exact event location will be emailed to attendees closer to the event date. (Please note that Camelback & 24th Street is a placeholder and not the actual event location!)
Need good, concise slogans for a sign? We’ll have ideas for you.
For sign tips, check out the article “Creating Powerful Protest Signs” posted in February on our Desert Democracy Phoenix substack.
*A core principle behind all Desert Democracy events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.*
