Join us at the “LOVE WITHOUT BORDERS” Peaceful Rally on Valentine’s Day – 2/14 – from 1 – 3 PM on the public sidewalks on the SE corner of the Belt & Frederick in St. Joseph.

Dress warmly and bring signs (optional); some will be provided onsite. Rally organizers will be present to lead chants and act as peacekeepers.
This will be the TENTH peaceful protest against the Trump dystopia our local organizers – Persisterhood St. Joseph — have sponsored at the Belt and Frederick Intersection since March 2025. In January, hundreds of us gathered here in freezing temperatures TWICE– to speak out against the unchecked violence and abuse carried out by federal immigration enforcement agencies, including the deaths of Alex Pretti and Renee Good in Minneapolis and the abduction of brown-skinned peoples into gulag-style private, for-profit prisons.

We MUST speak out publicly and peacefully. To be silent is to be complicit!

*A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
