[Macomb Defenders Rising’s](https://www.macombdefenders.com) mission is to build a movement in Macomb County that counters authoritarian threats, strengthens and engages the community, and shifts local culture to embrace progressive values and make political participation the norm. Through our work, we aim to create a ripple effect that influences state-level change and, ultimately, shapes national policy and culture.
