Saturday is No Kings Day
The wannabe-king is intent on sabotaging our midterms. This weekend, we turn out by the millions to nonviolently defend our elections, our democracy, and our rights. First in the streets, and then at the polls. Join us.
Join us at Esther Gallow Community Gardens and Park (behind Kingsway Apartments) – 1401 Sherrouse St, Monroe, LA 71203 as we celebrate civic engagement on Saturday, October 24th of early voting. Free food and drinks, entertainment, voter education, and rides to the polls.
All are welcome regardless of voter status or participation! This is a fun, inclusive non-partisan event promoting a democracy where everyone feels empowered. Organizers are nonpartisan in nature and are 1) not affiliated with a candidate or campaign, 2) do not partner with candidates, parties, or any PACs and 3) do not promote a particular electoral outcome.
