UPDATE 🚨: Wednesday January 7th meeting is cancelled due to the upcoming increase in meetings, trainings and actions. Monthly meetings time will be changing and turning into in person again with virtual option. We apologize for the inconvenience for the cancellation this evening. We hope to see you Saturday in Chillicothe for part 2 training and overpass protest.
Join us on the first Wednesday of each month virtually at 8-9pm for group updates, upcoming protests and events, volunteering opportunities and community building.
Our group name is transitioning to Appalachian Edge Ohio Indivisible and will be fully transitioned by October 30th as well as our community events and activities group.
Meeting are very important to attend and we need you here to be more involved. We have been struggling with volunteers. Even if it’s just to support and listen, please join. We will begin to have speakers on the calls for us and further our knowledge and learn new important things. Thank you for your oncoming support and looking forward to having you on board.
Edit: It seems to be some folks are confused on what kind of group we are and we are a resistance group fighting to save democracy. We are not a Democratic group, we have folks from every side and aisle within our movement. Democrats, republicans, liberals, leftists, revolutionaries, etc. We are here to empower and embolden our democrats into doing more and something new. We are at the point where a lot of dems and republicans seem to be on the same side and we are seeing it more and more by the day and we the people need to step up to them all. I want to say again, we are not a Democratic Party or group. Most of our democratic parties don’t attend our protests even and we need to get them to. Join the resistance and if you also don’t think the Democratic Party is doing what they should be for us, you should be attending their meetings and having your voice heard there as well.
