NO KINGS Winston Salem

What began in 2025 as a single day of defiance has grown into a people-powered movement rooted in communities like ours. From small towns to city centers, neighbors are coming together—not just to protest, but to build lasting power where we live.

Here in our community, March 28 is about more than showing up for one day. It’s about making a commitment to each other. When families are under pressure and costs are pushing people to the brink, silence is not an option. We respond by organizing, by listening, and by standing together block by block and precinct by precinct.

On March 28, we will rise up and say it clearly:
No thrones.
No crowns.
No kings.

But we will also pledge to stay engaged—to knock doors, build relationships, form neighborhood teams, and take responsibility for the future of our community. We’re not just watching history happen. We’re building the path to power together.

This event is grounded in nonviolent action, mutual respect, and community care. All participants are expected to de-escalate conflict, act lawfully, and leave weapons of any kind at home.

Join us. Stand with your neighbors. Commit to the work. Let’s build power—right here, together.
