The No Kings Map is Live!
Hundreds of nonviolent protests are already planned for No Kings Day on March 28, and more are being added by the hour.
This a coordinated event throughout Connecticut and it is sponsored by Indivisible North Central CT. We will be standing on the I-91 S. Center St. overpass in Windsor Locks on Saturday, March 21, from 10:00 to 11:30 am. We will be getting out the message about No Kings III to get people to attend.
Bring your large signs, smaller signs, banners, and flags to help us wave to drivers and share our message. We will have the larger signs facing the highway and the smaller signs facing cars driving over the overpass. This event will be held rain or shine unless there is severe weather. Suggested messaging would be about No Kings.
A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
