The No Kings Map is Live!
Hundreds of nonviolent protests are already planned for No Kings Day on March 28, and more are being added by the hour.
With the end of Daylight Savings Time, we will meet every day from 4 to 5pm on the corner of Shady Ave and 5th Ave in the Shadyside neighborhood of Pittsburgh.
Participants should follow a few guidelines: 1. Signage on all issues is welcome but we prefer to see positive messages like “Welcome the Stranger,” instead of crude attacks on Trump and conservatives 2. Do not respond to those who yell rude things, flip us off or try to engage in hostile debates.
We understand that it is difficult to change the minds of those who disagree with us but our goal is to bring people along with positivity.
In these difficult times we are collecting non-perishable food for the East End Food Pantry. It is strongly suggested that monetary donations be made when possible. Please visit, eecm.org/communityfoodservices.
*A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
