The most recent shooting victim, that resulted in a death, was VA nurse, Alex Pretti of Minneapolis. Mr Pretti’s final words were, “Are you OK?”
America is not OK. ICE is out-of-control, terrorizing, injuring, and killing innocent people. This Saturday we will stand in solidarity with Minneapolis as we read the names of the innocent people who have been harmed by ICE. We will also protest to demand that Apple return the ICEBlock app to the Apple Store so communities can be safe from warrantless, violent ICE raids.
Saturday is election day for voters in special election SD9. The Pretti Good protest is conveniently located just steps away from a polling place in Southlake Town Hall, Room 3A-3D, 1400 Main Street.
Showing up to vote and to protest are more important now than ever. Use your power and take a stand for democracy!
