Visibility Brigade Light Banner for Vigil for Democracy Event

Our banner will provide a striking visual backdrop for the Vigil for Democracy with the message: RISE AND RESIST. This banner works best if each letter is held by one person, so we need 14 people. We will light up the banner as it gets dark, probably sometime between 5:45 and 6:00.
