**David Seligman will join us on Tuesday, April 28th, at 10:00am ET.** David Seligman is one of the country’s leading worker rights, consumer rights, and antimonopoly lawyers. He is the Executive Director of a nationally-recognized legal non-profit, Towards Justice, which has stood up for workers in Colorado and across the country against some of the largest corporations in America. David has fought for nurses, rideshare drivers, meatpackers, Amazon workers, immigrant detainees, veterans, teachers, federal employees, grocery workers, renters buried in junk fees from corporate landlords, and working families drowning in medical debt to massive hospital systems – and he has won. David has pioneered legal strategies that reshaped the fight against wage theft, human trafficking, junk fees, unsafe workplaces, abusive fine print, unfair debt collection, corporate collusion, and retaliation against whistleblowers. As Attorney General, David will use his experience developing cutting-edge legal theories to stand up to corporate greed and the Trump administration, and to protect the rights of working people in Colorado and across the country. He will fight against the system of elite impunity and corruption that gave rise to Donald Trump, prosecute ICE officers and corrupt government officials who violate Colorado law, and go after the AI and Big Tech companies that raise our prices, manipulate our kids, and destroy our environment.
