Parents and children together are welcome to join us for a fun afternoon of reading and crafts. We’ll be exploring “Dreamers” by Yuyi Morales, a heartwarming story of perseverance and multicultural understanding.
This is a terrific way to enhance communication between adults and kids, while at the same time improving reading levels during the summer — a time when literacy skills are prone to backslide.
