The goal is clear: try to silence Black voters and Democrat voters before they can even cast a ballot.
Sixty years after civil rights organizers marched across the Edmund Pettus Bridge demanding the freedom to vote, extremist politicians are once again trying to decide whose voices matter in America, and whose do not.
