This Wednesday, May 27, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM, the Forest Hills Visibility Brigade is taking a stand against a staggering humanitarian crisis unfolding right in our communities: 150,000 children who have been ripped away from their parents.
This isn’t an administrative oversight—it is a calculated, heinous campaign engineered by Stephen Miller and executed by ICE. Their deliberate strategy is to weaponize terror and trauma against families who are doing what any parent would do: seeking a safe place to live, work, and raise their kids.
They are treating mothers, fathers, and young children as targets to be broken, rather than human beings who want to love, contribute to, and build up our country.
We refuse to let this cruelty be normalized. For 90 minutes this Wednesday, we are exposing this violence and demanding an end to the state-sponsored destruction of families. We aren’t just sharing a statistic. We are messaging to ensure that these children are not forgotten by the media, ignored by politicians, or swept under the rug.
