Dr. Rhonda Matthews is a dedicated educator, community advocate, and thought leader with over 30 years of experience spanning university teaching and administration, small business development, administration in the academia, non-profit management, therapy, consulting mentorship and community development. With a Ph.D. in Sociology and a master’s in counseling, Rhonda has spent her career empowering others through education, advocacy, and strategic action, not because she has a calling, or because she will make money at it, but because the dictates of being a Black woman in this country, call for it.
