  • Stand Up for Democracy! Stand Up for the Rule of Law!

    This a local Indivisible event!

Please note that we have adjusted the time to avoid the heat of the day.

If you are feeling discouraged and wondering how to get involved, come stand with us.

Bring a sign to speak your convictions. Make a statement about your dissatisfaction with this government’s actions. Let it say what you value about democracy and what you want America to stand for on the world stage.

Governing should not be rife with cruelty, corruption and incompetence. We demand good governance – institutions and laws that serve all Americans, not just billionaires and corporations.

    Plan for your comfort:

The earlier time takes advantage of the cooler morning hours, but do check the weather forecast and come prepared.

Find a space along the sidewalk when you arrive. Bring water, snacks, sunscreen, a wide brim hat for shade, and a folding chair if needed.

Bring your phone for photos, communication and documentation (make sure your phone requires a security code to open – not just face or fingerprint recognition).

We plan for your safety: Corner Captains and Line Hosts wearing yellow INDIVISIBLE vests will be there to support you. Littleton Police and Suburban Fire & Rescue know about our rally and will be nearby to assist if needed.

At Indivisible Littleton, we believe in the ideal of one nation Indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. A healthy democracy doesn’t happen automatically. It only happens when we the people pay attention, stay engaged, and stand up for democratic values. That includes three viable branches of government with a balance of powers loyal to the Constitution, not subservient to the President.

This rally is a collaborative effort between Indivisible Littleton and HD38 Dems (House District 38 Democrats).

*A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
