In the Hawaii State House, Jarrett has delivered countless wins for working families– lowering costs, reforming corrupt campaign finance laws, and standing up to Trump’s chaotic regime. From expanding property insurance relief, to passing the first Citizens United reform bill in any state legislature, Jarrett is a skilled legislator dedicated to making life more affordable for his constituents.
In Congress, Jarrett will be a leader in the fight to oppose, investigate, and hold the Trump administration accountable for corruption and abuses of power. In the Hawaii State Senate, he authored landmark legislation to ban state cooperation with ICE overreach. As Chair of the State Senate’s Native Hawaiian Caucus, Jarrett has pledged to restore funding for Native Hawaiian programs cut during the Trump administration and continue fighting to protect the rights and well-being of Native Hawaiian communities.
