The next No Kings Day is coming

For most of Duluth Indivisible’s history, we have focused on resisting and mobilizing against the authoritarian takeover of the Executive Branch, and a complicit Congressional Representative (Pete Stauber) who repeatedly votes against the interests of CD8 and the State of Minnesota (think tariffs that have caused layoffs at Cleveland Cliffs, promoting mining in the headwaters of the Boundary Waters, about a $25 million loss statewide because of reduced Canadian tourism, the clinic closing in Silver Bay, instability in the soybean markets, the reduction of forestry research capacity at UMD, the wiping out of wildfire research capacity throughout the US Forest Service, and failure to support the War Powers Act to restrict the President’s unilateral actions in Iran, to name a few).
Now we turn our attention to the judiciary and the Supreme Court.
