*Green Amendments* add language to our state constitution to put our right to a safe environment on par with fundamental freedoms like free speech. In Pennsylvania, Montana, and New York, Green Amendments helped to win in court against fracking, uplift youth climate action, and stop environmental degradation before it starts.
