JOIN US! Saturday OCTOBER 17 NO KINGS VOTE EARLY! from 11-2. The plan here is to have the millions who have shown up for NO KINGS rallies to now work to bring home the vote!! There are many actions we can take. Go door to door, make phone calls, set up stands in public places with forms to register, work as a poll watcher, donate money to groups that work locally to register people to vote.
Our normal place to gather is El Camino and Jefferson in Redwood City (as we will again)–and only 47% of those that can vote are registered in RWC. We are going to hold signs telling folks how to register, where to get information, how to put their mail-in ballots in drop boxes and mostly VOTE EARLY!!
There will be tables (one on the shopping center side and one on the Whole Foods side) where folks can register, pick up information about early voting, see the issues on the ballot, a map of where the drop boxes are, early voting dates and where to actually vote if they don’t have a mail in ballot. Finally we will show people how important their vote is, what their rights are and voting is their voice.
COME JOIN US–this won’t just be a protest/rally it will be an information rally. Bring signs that say “register here, vote early, get information at Vote411.org” and ones you think are going to encourage people to actually vote and voting early!
We are dedicated to NON-VIOLENCE and there will people trained to make sure that works in yellow and blue vests. THANKS SO MUCH FOR HELPING SAVE THE DEMOCRACY!!
