We will march on the first day of early voting in Maryland in conjunction with the Repairers of the Breach’s nationwide initiative, “100 Days of Mobilization”. The march will take place from Christ Episcopal Church (107 S Washington St, Rockville) to the Executive Office Building (101 Monroe St, Rockville).
We march for:
SNAP
To protect and expand voting rights
For affordable housing and healthcare
For equal protection under the law
This is a visibility event to get out the vote and to encourage early voting. Signs that are pro-democracy and encourage voter participation are encouraged. PLEASE, NON-PARTISAN signs only.
We will gather at Christ Episcopal Church to prepare beginning at 6:45am and march at 7:30am.
*A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
