Tomorrow is No Kings Day
The wannabe-king is intent on sabotaging our midterms. This weekend, we turn out by the millions to nonviolently defend our elections, our democracy, and our rights. First in the streets, and then at the polls. Join us.
WE DECIDE who represents us. WE DECIDE what comes next.
Power belongs to the people. And on October 17, we’re turning people power into voter power. Black Voters Matter is joining No Kings: Vote Early, a national day of nonpartisan voter participation focused on helping our communities make a plan to vote early, understand their voting options, and access the resources they need to cast their ballot.
**Join us in Atlanta for a day of community, connection, and action:**
Party at the Polls | CT Martin Recreation Center 10 AM–4 PM 3201 M.L.K. Jr. Dr. SW, Atlanta, GA 30331
Join us throughout the day for free food, music, voter information, and community as we celebrate our power and make a plan to vote early.
Community Rally | Cascade Family Skating 12–1:30 PM 3335 M.L.K. Jr. Dr. SW, Atlanta, GA 30311
Come together for speakers, music, free giveaways, fresh produce, groceries, BVM merchandise, and more.
Across our communities, we’re connecting voters with resources, sharing information about voting options, supporting rides and caravans to the polls, and strengthening election protection efforts so voters can navigate and report issues at the polls.
**The goal is simple: make sure every eligible voter has the information, access, and support they need to participate.**
Because nobody gets to decide our future for us.
Because nobody gets to decide our future for us. WE GOT US.
Join us October 17 as we get out the early vote and say it loud:
**No thrones. No crowns. No kings. WE DECIDE.**
*No Kings: Vote Early events are nonpartisan and are designed to increase participation from all eligible voters.*
*A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.*
