Meditation & Group Support for Activists – VIRTUAL

Join fellow Indivisibles for meditation and support to reduce stress, anxiety and depression in these challenging times. Participants can also increase emotional resiliency and personal confidence through inter-personal and group support among participants.

Meetups will alternate between virtual and in-person. (This invite is for the virtual sessions.) Sign up for one or both. Drop-ins welcome! Sessions are for people new to meditation as well as long-time practitioners and are led by volunteers who are experienced meditators/facilitators.
