**Join us to turn a plain freeway overpass into a giant pro-democracy message board.** Note: this is an in-person event, currently based in Sunnyvale, but the locations may change.
Our Visibility Brigade gathers on pedestrian bridges to hold up big, bold letters and signs where thousands of drivers can see them. Together we’ll share short messages that call out threats to our rights, stand with targeted communities, and remind people that resistance is alive and well.
We’ll supply the large letters and core messages. Expect waves, cheers, and plenty of car-horn approval.
This low-stress, social action is great for first-time activists and veterans alike.
**What to bring**
– Weather-appropriate layers (it can be chilly and windy up there)
– Hat, sunscreen, and water
– Optional: your own small sign, flag, or fun-but-comfortable costume
