Robert Schroeder Candidate for Mayor of Apache Junction will be our guest speaker, and we will host an audience Q&A following his remarks. Bring your Apache Junction questions! Want to know how the next Mayor sees the future of downtown Apache Junction? Have questions about where the water comes from? How about traffic? Mr. Schroeder has an outstanding background and years of effective leadership in Apache Junction as noted in his bio. Vice Mayor Schroeder went to school at Thurston High School in Redford, Mi. He is a graduate of Apache Junction Citizen Leadership Institute. He’s a small business owner of “Three phase Mechanical Air Conditioning and Heating” in Apache Junction for over 18 years. He’s been the Planning and Zoning Commissioner for 5 years, a City Councilman for 4 years and Vice Mayor for 4 years. He has served our city as a Central Arizona Government Board Member (CAG) and Secretary-Treasurer, he is a Pinal Regional Transportation Authority, (PRTA) Board Member, Apache Junction Water District Board Member, and a member of the Superstition Vista Community Facilities 1&2 (SVCF).
