Join Indivisible Fox Valley for our monthly meeting and a special presentation. We welcome speaker Madison Moore from Indivisible’s Madison East Chapter for an informational discussion about the “Keep Families Together” bill package, which was introduced into the WI State Legislature in August 2025. There are 5 bills in the package, each addressing a different problem with the current immigration enforcement and legal system. These bills aim to limit the ways immigration enforcement can operate in WI so we can protect the rights and freedoms of Wisconsinites and ensure safety for all. As the general public is pushing back against ICE and current immigration enforcement tactics, the need for laws addressing these concerns in WI grows. For example, banning agents from wearing masks and requiring agents to identify themselves during arrests/detentions & instituting a felony for those violating this requirement.
