Hosted by:
Atlantic County Council of Education Associations (ACCEA)
in partnership with the New Jersey Organizing Project (NJOP)
Join us for a community education and volunteer training event focused on understanding recent federal healthcare legislation and what it means for people in our communities.
Participants will learn about:
• Changes to healthcare access, affordability, and protections
• How these policies may impact educators, families, and working communities
• Ways to help neighbors understand their healthcare options
This training will prepare volunteers to become trusted community messengers who can have clear, nonpartisan conversations about healthcare policy and help others navigate changes that may affect them.
Why This Matters
Healthcare policies directly affect the well-being of our family, friends, and members of our community. By increasing public understanding of these changes, we can support informed decision-making, strengthen community health, and ensure working families have the information they need.
📣 All community members, educators, and volunteers are welcome to attend.
Dinner will be provided.
