Signs of Solidarity Training–May 9, 2026
ICE activity may not be at the top of the news, but recent reports indicate that 15-20 people a day are being detained in Colorado and Wyoming. Signs of Solidarity volunteers visit small businesses to provide them with practical information about how to prepare for and respond to an ICE raid. In addition to providing businesses with the information they need, Signs of Solidarity helps build community cohesion and resistance to ICE.
Join us on Saturday, May 9, from 12:30 to 2:30 PM for training to become a Signs of Solidarity canvasser.
Following the training, there will be opportunity to canvass with partners in the nearby community.
The Signs of Solidarity Program is sponsored by Indivisible Denver and the Denver Immigrant Partnership Team.
Canvassing is a demonstration of our solidarity with all of our Denver Metro community and has been received warmly by the businesses visited.
