Ballot Measures 101: Denver & Colorado

Join Indivisible Denver Action and the League of Women Voters for a nonpartisan deep dive into this year’s Denver and Colorado ballot measures.

With so many measures on the ballot this fall, it can be hard to keep track of what’s actually being decided and what a “yes” or “no” vote means. That’s where the League of Women Voters comes in. As a nonpartisan organization, LWV doesn’t support political parties or candidates — instead, they focus on giving voters clear, fact-based information so you can make your own informed decision.

What we’ll cover:

* An overview of the most impactful Denver and Colorado ballot measures
* Fact-based background on each measure
* Arguments for and against (pros and cons)
* What a “yes” vote means, and what a “no” vote means

Time at the end for questions, including on any positions LWV has taken on specific measures (kept separate from the basic information so the two don’t get mixed up)
