Join Flathead Democracy and Kathie from Homespun Seasonal Living for the first in a series of Summer Canning Workshops. Join us for a demo to learn the basics of food preservation through the art of canning. Kathie will walk us through Jam making and canning for the June canning workshop on June 20, from 10 am – 12 pm.
We will be hosting canning workshops on the 3rd Saturday of each month thru the summer: July 18, Aug 15, and Sep 19 at the WF United Methodist Church kitchen.
This will be a demonstration, no need to bring any supplies. There will also be handouts with all the information being shared. Kathie is excited to share this knowledge with everyone!
