Signs of Solidarity Training–April 28, 2026
ICE activity may not be at the top of the news, but recent reports indicate that 15-20 people a day are being detained in Colorado and Wyoming. Signs of Solidarity volunteers visit small businesses to provide them with practical information about how to prepare for and respond to an ICE raid. In addition to providing businesses with the information they need, Signs of Solidarity helps build community cohesion and resistance to ICE.
Join us on Tuesday, April 28, from 4:00 to 5:30 PM for virtual training to become a Signs of Solidarity canvasser. This training will be focused on CO mountain towns. Others are welcome to attend and we’ll fill you in later about the details of reporting and mapping.
The Signs of Solidarity Program is sponsored by Indivisible Denver and the Denver Immigrant Partnership Team.
Canvassing is a demonstration of our solidarity with all of our community and has been received warmly by the businesses visited.
Since our founding in 2016, Indivisible has been rooted in the belief that organized people can beat organized hate—and that our power comes not just from our numbers, but from how we show up. We reject all forms of political violence and intimidation, no matter the source or the target.
